It is a bit of a run on. Also, there needs to be a comma before the quotes and the period at the and needs to be inside the quotes. Consider this revision.

How to get a man to be romantic again, you know, act like he cares?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for over 2 years, have lived together a year and a half and have recently bought a home together and i know he has picked out a ring, but who knows when that is going to happen. Anyway everything is so great, but he is so unromantic and caring like how he used to be in the beginning. I mean I know that stuff fades and it shouldnt be important but hello I am a woman and i need love and affection and attention and occasionally flowers for no reason.

Why doesn't my boyfriend ever do anything special for me??

i do things for him ALL the time. i get a card for him every month on our anniversary, i cook special meals for him all the time, i try to schedule dates for us, but whenever it comes time to leave, he forgets and says "next week" and it never happens. i've never once gotten a card from him (except on my birthday), never got flowers, he never tries to find time to do fun things. i drop hints like crazy and he either doesn't get it or doesn't care. next week we are going to puerto vallarta, mexico for our one year anniversary and he hasn't done a single thing to help me plan the vacation. why won't he do anything special for me? i love him so much and i want to spend the rest of my life with him. he says he feels the same way about me, but it's really hard to feel it. does he just not care about me as much as he says he does??

Reply:Actions speak louder than words. I went through the same as you in a different way. He never even introduced me to his parents. Have you met his? It could also be that he's a man and some men don't really do that sort of stuff: Flowers, cards, etc. You find them very rarely but I'm still looking for mine Good Luck

Reply:Tell him how you feel. He probably shows his love for you in other ways and isn't aware that he's hurting you by not showing his love the way you do. You might have to accept him for who he is. Was he like this when you met him? Good Luck!

Ideas for a rainbow coloured late morning wedding in September.?

We want to use pastel colours like pink, blue, green, yellow, purple %26amp; peach but don't know how to combine it all together without looking like a birthday party. For flowers we thought of roses and tullips. Decorations with lot's of glass and mirror's. We want to keep it classy, traditional, fun, romantic %26amp; casual. Our budget is a bit tight as well. My head is spinnng with ideas %26amp; i'm getting a bit nervous for our big day! Any ideas would be helpfull %26amp; highly appreciated!

Maybe the MOH could wear your primary color, green for example. The other girls could wear one of the other colors such as yellow. Then you could use all of the colors in their bouquets. It would be classy instead of the "circus" look. Plus you would be able to use all of your colors.
Reply:If it were me I would limit the colors to keep from feeling the "circus effect" if you are worried about that! I would use 3 or 4 colors that compliment eachother, maybe purple pink and peach? Or pink green and yellow?



If you are going to use all the colors, that may work as long as the wedding has an overall "feel" instead of trying to match everything up, if you know what I am saying.
