I have different items i bought for my mom's birthday present...give me some ideas.?

i was thinking about putting the potpurri in the glass and wrapping the string around the top of the glass and curling the ends...what could i do with the flowers though??

Do everything you said but cut the flowers into individual flowers and stick them in the vase with the potporri. You know, like a flower arrangement using the potporri to hold up the flowers. And then the flowers will smell like "lavender flowers".
Reply:Your idea is great. You could put the flowers in the vase with the potpourri so she see it like that and then you could take out the potpourri and add the flowers to the vase with water. Be sure to snip off the ends of the stems at a slant and then add a tablespoon of sugar and the flowers will keep for a longer time.
