Also, think of her favorite hobby, and make something yourself that has to do with it. My girlfriend likes to write so I made her a journal once.

Reply:I don't think you can go wrong with a tasteful piece of jewellry for her and a dinner out at her favorite restaurant, with just those little touches on her birthday only you know will make her feel special and wanted.
Reply:My suggestion is to buy a nice box and to fill it with the same number of presents as her age, special little things, perhaps things to represent memories of the past, etc etc.
