Reply:call them and tell them how upset you are and everything and that u won't do busniess w/ them again and u demand a refund...u can even do it over email if you want and they'll probably still give you something

Reply:1-800 Flowers did a similar thing to me too, you can be on the phone with them for hours pleading for them to get it right but they'll still get it wrong. But since they sent it a day early, you should definitely call them and demand your money back, they didn't provide you the service that you asked for and it's worth a shot. Good luck!
