For my birthday party, what should I wear???



A white halter dress

or

Jeans and a flowered top

or

A pink, yellow, and blue skirt and a yellow shirt



And how should I do my hair?

It's brown and about and inch above my ribs

For your hair, I would let it down loose and natural.

If you want to pull it back, pull it back loosely into a low pony tail while letting a few pieces fall loose in the front.
