Mothers, what kind of flowers would you like?

I don't want to give my mom roses, because I feel like they are too romantic.



She loves tulips, but she had a birthday a week ago and I got her French tiger tulips.



I don't know what to get for Mother's day :D

Mothers, what kind of flowers would you like?
I would like some perennial flowers that I could plant outside, like day lilies or some pretty purple flowers. My favorite flowers are lilacs.

Sometimes what is really nice is a plant or bush for the garden, if she has one. Two vine/bushes that I really love and smell so nice are: 1. Wysteria and 2. Yesterday,Today%26amp;Tomorrow (don't know the other name for it).

Reply:I like gardenia's, they are pretty white flowers and smell great too. Freesia is also a pretty flower that smells nice. If you cant find a nice flower you could think of a nice house plant instead ? Just a suggestion.
Reply:My stepmom love orange and yellow cala lilies. If you go with cala lilies go with colorful ones, the white, although very pretty, instill a funeral-type feeling, for me at least.

I bought 50 white roses for my mom this morning and some filling flowers , lilacs and those little whities and lavender kinds, dont know what they are called...



I hope she liked it...

I LOVE stargazer lilies, but for some the smell is too strong.

Peonies are also nice, smell great!
