I've chosen to host my 30th birthday party this year with a theme. Everyone is to wear a black attire to mourn as I say goobye to my twenties. I'd like to add a little flare by wearing a bright necklace or a nice flower in my ear. What color do you suggest I choose? I'll go with the most popular color. thanks!
What accent color should I add to an all black attire themed party?
GO with Red use it as a sash to accentuate your waist. The Red will pop against the black . Wear a little black dress but it should reach below your knee about an inch or two. Pearls for jewlery if you have them
Reply:I say... yellow... a macaroni and cheese-ish kind of yellow, like a darker one... no, you won't look like a bumble bee... or some hot pink. Yellow would be good.. like those big beads. And pink hot pink would give it a girly flash... but then, again, you're 30.
Reply:bright pink =]
Reply:Nothing pops more than red. I hope you go with that!!!
Reply:A bright pink color
Reply:With black and white, neon always stands out. I would suggest, my favorite yellow. Accent it w/ a yellow flower in your ear and a necklace! I think that would be really cute.
Reply:My personal preferences lean toward silver, bronze, fuschia. Most people would probably pick red, burgundy, or blue---but all three of those are too "brides-maid attire."
Reply:peach or salmon.....
Reply:Hot pink.
Reply:Bright Pink would be perfect. And mourning your twenties? I would be celebrating a new stage of you life, instead of mourning one which you have lost.
Reply:I like your theme! That is a really creative one I would go with a really dramatic contrast, so a really bright color of green or pink.
Reply:dark purple is fashionable at the moment so try that
Reply:White, pink, or red would be very stylish.
Reply:how about gold?if your doing black to mourn your 20's,then why not gold to welcome your golden years?don't worry i turn 30 this year and i like your theme ,maybe i'll use black%26amp;gold!!
